Orchestry Receives Funding from Incredible Capital to Accelerate Growth

We began the Orchestry journey back in the spring of 2020. A small team of 3 likeminded founders, observing the world rapidly digitizing, not because it was time, but because there was no other choice.

More and more organizations hastily onboarded digital collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft Teams. All of us, the founding team of Orchestry, having decades of combined experience in Microsoft 365, were acutely aware of the day-to-day challenges users and administrators were already experiencing, all of which were exacerbated by the rush to establish an effective remote collaboration environment.

In just a few short months we built the Orchestry prototype and presented it to the market. Back then, there were only a few core features, far from the full functionality the Orchestry platform offers to its customers and partners today. We had not anticipated the way we grew after that. IT administrators and end-users loved the platform, used every feature we had built, and asked for more.

IT service providers started approaching us, in hopes of being able to offer Orchestry to their customers.  Listening to our customers and partners every step of the way and leveraging our combined extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 best practices, we added new core features and functionality with every sprint, and every release.

We added more incredible talent to our team, to be able to deliver value to our existing and future customers and partners even faster.

Our vision for Orchestry was to build expert solutions that address common Microsoft 365 challenges and streamline day-to-day usage and administration, help organizations improve return on their Microsoft 365 investments, and significantly move the needle on digital transformation efforts. We looked to embed our combined expertise into a platform that lets users & IT Admins become Microsoft 365 experts, without having to complete any training.

The kind of adoption and usage that we have seen for the Orchestry platform makes us feel confident that we’re very well-placed to bring that vision to reality. We need to build more, build faster, build better, and support our customers and partners every step of the way.

The big news

We built Orchestry frugally, focusing on building high-quality, intuitive features that solve real day-to-day problems, shying away from vanity metrics of success (like fancy offices, large sales teams, and advertisement budgets).

Our culture of obsessing over what’s essential, combined with the investment from Incredible Capital, gives us the fuel to deliver on our vision of making Microsoft 365 accessible, effective and powerful for all.

We thank you, our valued customers and partners, for being with us through this. We could not have gotten here without you, and we promise that you’ll continue to see Orchestry get better with every new release.
